Sales & Application Engineer
Sales
Main Roles & Responsibility
• Identify business opportunities and establish while maintaining long term business relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Handling customer inquiries as well as managing and interpreting customer requirements and providing required proposals to customer.
• Prepare quotations and cost analysis as well as negotiating and closing sales with the agreed terms and conditions.
• Liaising with consultants, contractors and end-users for sales presentations and product promotions.
• Recommend total solutions to customers with sharing knowledge on improved and new products.
• To secure new projects and follow through on current projects in order to meet sales target.
• To provide customer feedback and information to factory for product development and continuous service improvement.
• Generate sales & project report to manager.
• Recording and maintaining customer contact data.
Job requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field of engineering.
• Knowledge of air filtration, cleanroom or HVAC industry will be an added advantage.
• Multi-lingual skills in speaking and/ or writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Preferable candidate with 2-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
• The ability to communicate well and build strong relationships with customers.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel locally and have a valid driving license and possess own transportation.

Regional Sales Engineer
Regional Sales
Main Roles & Responsibility
(A) SALES GROWTH MANAGEMENT
1. To achieve individual sales target through active sales activities
2. To identify business opportunity, establish and maintain long term business relationship with existing and potential customers
3. To ensure that the proper billing and documentation related to sales is done
4. To ensure optimum sales margin is met
5. Clearly understand requirement for special products or projects, considering the possibility of production, manage to get product cost and lead time that meet customer requirement.
6. To ensure AAF ASIA target is met.
7. To ensure respective sales country meet their budget.
(B) Solution Selling
1. Training and consulting solution selling to AAF Asia and distributor sales teams.
2. Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products or services to sales office and customers.
3. To ensure each sales country capable to do solution selling.
4. To leverages margin of AAF Asia
5. To help sales country hand on hand penetrate competitor customers.
6. Sensor 360 solution to end customer.
(C) CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION MANAGEMENT
1. To enhance customer satisfaction.
2. To ensure adequate communication with the customers on the order status, vessel booking, etc. and decide on follow up action
3. To provide customers’ feedback and information to the Product Development and QA Department for service and product improvement
Job Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or relevant qualification
• Fluent communication in English & Mandarin ( verbal & written)
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.
• Self Confidence, confident and persuasive when making sales presentations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
• Critical tinker and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 year work experience in sales or application, preferably in HVAC region
• Available for Travel Oversea 50% and must be able to travel at short notice.
