Carbon Tray
The Carbon Tray is factory pre-filled with user-specific chemical media. Each carbon tray is vibration filled to ensure that the media is uniformly packed, then bagged and carton packed.
Construction
The Carbon Tray is made of sturdy construction of Galvanised Steel with black powder coated. Other metal materials such as Stainless Steel and Aluminium options are available. The carbon tray comes factory-ready for installation with a removable lid.
Choice of Media
The Carbon Tray can be filled with a wide range of chemical media, as well as custom blends. These include standard SAAFCarb™ media or impregnated SAAFCarb media, SAAFOxidant™ media, and SAAFBlend™ GP media.
Application Guide
Always use adequate prefiltration to avoid dust settling on the chemical media. This ensures an optimised lifetime for the chemical filter system without an increase in pressure drop. The prefilter should be a compact, pleated, or mini-pleated filter cell.
Additional Features
Each Carbon Tray is packed and sealed in individual polyethylene bags to preserve capacity and cleanliness.
